aq jili Banking: Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification

This page covers every money operation your aq jili account handles — from funding your wallet before a session to pulling a payout back to your e-wallet when you are done. We have configured three local payment routes for eligible Philippines accounts: GCash sits at the front of the deposit counter, Coins.

  • GCash Deposit
  • Coins. ph Transfer
  • Bank Transfer
  • Secure Verification
FUNDING YOUR WALLET

Adding Funds to Your aq jili Account

Depositing into your account starts from the Banking tab — no separate app, no third-party redirect that loses your place. Once you open the Deposit counter, the three configured local routes appear as selectable tiles: GCash, Coins. ph, and Bank Transfer.

  • Open the Banking Tab

Log in to your account and select the Banking section from the account menu. The Deposit and Withdraw options appear as separate tabs. Choose Deposit and wait for the payment method tiles to load before selecting one.

  • Select GCash, Coins. ph or Bank Transfer

Each tile shows the configured payment route. GCash and Coins. ph both route through the respective e-wallet app on your phone.

  • Enter Amount and Confirm

Type the amount you want to add — the minimum for the chosen method is shown directly below the amount field. After you confirm, a reference number is generated. Save this number; it is the key to tracking that deposit in your history.

  • Check Your Account Balance

Once the payment provider confirms the transaction, the amount is added to your account wallet. You can verify this in the Balance row at the top of your dashboard. If the balance does not update, go to Transaction History and locate the pending entry.

MOVING FUNDS OUT

Withdrawing Your Balance Back to Your Wallet

Withdrawals move your account balance back to the same payment method you used to deposit — this matching rule is our standard practice and it helps us protect your wallet from misdirected payouts. Open the Banking tab after login and choose the Withdraw tab. The three routes — GCash, Coins. ph, and Bank Transfer — are listed with the same tile layout as the deposit screen. GCash and Coins.

  • Open the Withdraw Tab

From the Banking section, select Withdraw. The screen shows your current withdrawable balance and the minimum amount per method. Confirm you have completed account verification before proceeding — incomplete KYC will pause the request at this step.

  • Choose Your Payout Method

Select GCash, Coins. ph or Bank Transfer. For e-wallets, confirm the registered mobile number matches your account. For Bank Transfer, enter the account name and number exactly as your bank has them — any mismatch will delay the payout.

  • Enter Amount and Submit

Type the withdrawal amount within the range shown on screen. After you confirm, you will see a submission confirmation with a reference number. Keep this number to track the request in Transaction History.

  • Track Status in Transaction History

Every withdrawal request appears in Transaction History with a status label: Pending, Processing or Completed. If the status stays on Pending longer than expected, use this reference number when you contact support — it is the fastest way for the team to locate your request.

Account Verification Before Your First Payout
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Account Verification Before Your First Payout

We require identity verification on every account before a withdrawal is released. This is not a barrier we put up lightly — it is the step that prevents another person from claiming a payout that belongs to you. Verification is done once, and once it is approved, it stays on file for your account.

  • Government-Issued Photo ID

A valid Philippine national ID, passport, driver's licence or SSS card is accepted. The document must be current and clearly photographed — blurry or cropped images will be returned for a retake. Both front and back are required for cards.

  • Selfie With Your ID

Hold your ID beside your face and take a clear photo in good lighting. This step confirms that the person opening the account matches the document. The selfie is reviewed by our verification team and is not shared externally.

  • Name Match Check

The full name on your ID must match the name you registered on your account. If you used a nickname during registration, contact support before submitting documents — the team can align the records without requiring a new account.

  • Verification Status in Dashboard

After upload, the status shows Under Review. Approval is shown in the same section when the check is complete. A failed check shows the reason — typically an image quality issue — so you can resubmit immediately.

LOCAL PAYMENT ROUTES

Configured Payment Methods on Your Account

The three payment routes below are the ones we have configured for eligible Philippines accounts. Each one is available from the Banking section of your dashboard after login. GCash handles the majority of deposits because the confirmation loop between our platform and your GCash app is direct — you approve the amount in GCash and the reference appears immediately. Coins.

  • GCash

The primary deposit and withdrawal route. Link your GCash number to your account and approve transactions inside the GCash app. Reference numbers are generated automatically and appear in both your GCash transaction list and your account history.

  • Coins. ph

The fallback e-wallet route. Works identically to GCash in the deposit and withdrawal flow. Use Coins. ph when your GCash wallet is temporarily unavailable or has reached its daily send limit. Matching your Coins. ph number to your account is required.

  • Bank Transfer

For accounts that prefer a formal bank receipt. We provide receiving account details at the point of deposit. Your bank generates a transaction record you can save. Withdrawals via Bank Transfer require a verified account name and number.

TRANSACTION RECORDS

Matching Your Wallet Receipt to Your Account History

Every transaction that moves money in or out of your account creates two records: one on the payment provider's side — your GCash activity log, Coins. ph history, or bank statement — and one inside your aq jili account under Transaction History. Matching these two records is what you do when a deposit does not appear in your balance or when a withdrawal stays on Pending longer than expected.

  • Reference Number

Generated at confirmation on both sides of the transaction. On GCash, it appears as the Transfer Reference in your activity log. On your account, it is the Transaction ID in the History tab. Always copy this before closing the confirmation screen.

  • Status Labels

Your Transaction History uses three labels: Pending means the request is queued, Processing means it is being handled, and Completed means the funds have moved. A Declined label will include a short reason. Check this column before contacting support.

  • Account History Log

Every deposit and withdrawal is recorded in your account's Transaction History in chronological order. The log shows the method used, the amount, the reference number, the timestamp and the current status. Filter by date or method to find a specific entry quickly.

  • Evidence to Keep

Save your GCash, Coins. ph or bank receipt until the transaction status shows Completed in your account history. If you need to raise a dispute, support will ask for the reference number and a screenshot of the wallet-side record to match it against the platform record.

How We Protect Your Transactions and Account Access
ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Protect Your Transactions and Account Access

Account and payment security on our platform works across several layers, and knowing where each one sits helps you act quickly when something looks off. Domain verification is the first line — always confirm you are on aq jili before entering any account credentials or payment details; bookmarking the correct URL is the simplest way to avoid phishing pages.

  • Domain Check

Always access your account through aq jili. Bookmark the address after your first login. We do not operate through other domains or mirror sites. If a link directs you to a different URL, do not enter credentials — contact support before proceeding.

  • Identity Verification

Your completed KYC record is the gate on every withdrawal. It means that even if account credentials are compromised, a payout cannot leave until the verified identity is confirmed. We keep document data in line with our privacy policy — you can request its deletion through support.

  • Wallet Ownership Confirmation

GCash, Coins. ph and Bank Transfer payouts are sent only to the number or account registered to your profile. If you change your primary e-wallet number, update it in your account settings and allow the verification check to run before requesting a withdrawal.

  • Support Channel

Our support team is reachable through the Help section inside your account dashboard. For payment disputes, have your transaction reference number and wallet screenshot ready before you open a ticket — this is the detail that lets us locate the record and resolve the issue.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions About aq jili Banking

The questions below cover the situations we hear about most often from accounts in the Philippines — delayed deposits, withdrawal requirements, minimum amounts and what to do when a transaction does not behave as expected. If your question is not here, the Help section inside your dashboard connects you directly to the support team.

Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my aq jili account?

GCash, Coins. ph and Bank Transfer are the three configured deposit routes for eligible Philippines accounts. All three are available from the Deposit tab inside the Banking section of your account dashboard after login. The minimum deposit for each method is shown before you confirm.

How long does a GCash deposit take to appear in my account balance?

We do not publish a fixed processing time because it depends on the GCash network at the moment of the transaction. Once you approve the transfer inside the GCash app, check your Transaction History for a status update. A Completed status means the balance has been credited.

Why is my withdrawal on Pending and not moving to Processing?

A Pending withdrawal usually means one of two things: your account verification is incomplete, or the withdrawal amount is outside the allowed range shown on the Withdraw screen. Check your verification status in the dashboard first. If both are in order, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Do I need to verify my identity before I can withdraw?

Yes. Account verification through the KYC process must be completed before any withdrawal is released. Upload a valid government-issued photo ID and a selfie with that ID in the Verification section of your dashboard. Approval status is shown in the same section once the review is done.

What should I do if my deposit reference number is not showing in my transaction history?

Wait a few minutes and refresh the Transaction History page. If the reference still does not appear after that, contact support through the Help section and provide the wallet-side reference number along with a screenshot of your GCash, Coins. ph or bank receipt confirming the transfer was completed.

Can I use a different GCash number for my withdrawal than the one I deposited with?

Payouts are sent to the wallet number registered on your account. If you need to update your GCash number, do so in your account settings and allow the wallet ownership verification to run before submitting a new withdrawal request. Support can assist if the update does not reflect immediately.
